To EVERYONE that is a part of the big benefit music festival for Marilyn:

Hi! I hope you all have fun. Thanks for thinking of me. I'm trying to recover so I can dance with all of you next time.

Love,
Marilyn

Mar, we all can't wait to dance and celebrate with you!!! I have definately gained a greater appreciation for life and all the little things that are so easy to take for granted, like great friends. Love the photo--that's the spirit!
Life is good, ain't it :-)

Hey Marilyn,

I had such a great time hanging out with you today! To see you propelling your own wheelchair around Craig directing me to your next therapy session was fabulous.

I enjoyed just getting to chat with you and to laugh with you. Your smile and sense of humor are staying strong.

What incredible progress you are making everyday. Today in OT you were working on your left wrist and finger extension. And it was so cool to see you clap at lunch! You are becoming stronger everyday.

I believe and truly know that you are going to make a full recovery. You are strong and amazing and I love you!

Love,
Rach

We too are looking forward to the benefit this evening and will be celebrating your progress and the loving connection you two share and are sharing with all of us. Gareth, you have such a concise and clear way of explaining the process so that we can understand...thankyou! I had friends working at Craig when I worked at St. Joseph's Hosp in Denver...they were the A-team then and clearly still are and know they feel the same about you two. We continue to wrap you both in our thoughts and prayers many times throughout each day! Barb and Michael

Hello Marilyn and Gareth,
Expect you have heard by now that the benefit last evening was a wonderful event~~~so well planned with every thoughtful detail. What a remarkable community of friends! Have added a 3rd L. Hay affirmation to our daily thoughts to you~~~Eye(s) represent the capacity to see clearly--past, present, and future and the affirmation is: "I see with love and joy". So much love and joy from the two of us to the two of you this day! Michael and Barb

Hi Marilyn there was some great music made in your honor at the weekend music benefit. A wonderful community turned out for the event, there was dancing until midnight and more than a few macho men were seen hugging complete strangers.
You make us proud girl.
