Wednesday October 10th

Marilyn has been moved from ICU to a regular room in the neurology wing of the hospital - note the address update at right. She is still not awake, but her track is generally upward. She also has been accepted at Craig Rehabilitation Hospital, which happens to be one, if not the best hospital of this type in the country. As the waiting list is long, we will likely be moving in the interim to a rehab hospital called Kindred Hospital which shares doctors with Craig...Much more on this to come as lots is still up in the air..

Hi Gareth. Every day I see your truck parked outside, no people, no dogs and I say a prayer for you and Marilyn. I miss you two, and Annabelle and Ella girl. Marilyn, please wake up soon. We need you to wake up now.

What great news that Marilyn was moved out of the ICU. Thank you so much Gareth for putting up this blog so that we can all track Marilyn's recovery. Our thoughts are always with you guys. Matan and Ariel give me kisses to send to Marilyn every night, so please pass them on to her.

We are so relieved that Marilyn is out of ICU! Gareth, thanks for keeping us posted, and for taking care of Mar. It's no small feat to organize medical care, and you are doing a great job making sure Mar has just what she needs. Thank you. It's hard to be so far from Mar right now, but great to track her progress and all the love coming from all her friends and loved ones on this blog.
Mar, we know you aren't a morning person *grin* but ... it's time to wake up, sweetie. (Maybe she needs to smell some coffee :-)

Gareth,

This is Alicia, Marilyn's sister-in-law. I have been following her progress through Steve. There has not been a day that went by that I have not thought about her. You sound like a wonderful and caring person and I know she is in good hands. I look forward to seeing Marilyn and you in a couple of weeks. My thoughts and prayers are with you both.
