Slowly but surely

Just a quick note to let everyone know that Marilyn is showing sign after sign of her strength. Her waking periods are more and more lucid and active and I am confident that she absolutely knows who is around her and where she is. She has begun regular therapy too. Our goal this week is to establish a routine, both for her and myself. It is easy to get impatient and wish that she would fully wake up and start speaking - but it is a slow process. She is trying so hard to break through and I believe that she is going to blow us all away..

Also - I want everyone to know that Marilyn and I hear your collective voices. For different reasons, we can't always respond, but your energy is felt. Thank you, it means so much.

Gareth

Greetings Marilyn and Gareth

This note comes from Carl, Nicole, Sophia, Julia and our newest addition, baby Anna. We are praying that you will continue to get stronger everyday. We are thinking about you all the time and wishing that we could be there by your side to cheer you on in your fight back to the Mar that we all know and love! Oh and don't worry, the "spill vortex" is living strong here in Blauvelt NY- I think Julia is making up for your not spilling so much lately.HaHa...

You are a fighter Mar and we know that you will do your best to come back to us. We hope that the photos, old and new, that we sent to Gareth will help you to remember that we are there for you in your heart and spirit.

Love and Strength to both of you!

Gareth and Marilyn,

Trina and I are so glad to hear that Marilyn's progress keeps improving. We are all praying for a quick recovery and for God to give you both the strength you need to work through the trying path ahead. I'm sure with her feisty determination she will make a full recovery.

Trina has been so busy lately with the new baby, Angelina, and the 3 other kids. With 4 kids 5 years old and younger I think we have hit critical mass! The house is pretty much non-stop chaos. I think I need to get Trina a whip and a chair to keep the kids in line. :)

We will get out to see you both as soon as Angelina gets old enough to be on her own for a while.

Love and God bless,
Frank, Trina, Christina, Sofia, Frankie, and Angelina
